I really like this slotted spoon. It is a good weight and the long handle allows me to reach into stock pots, dutch ovens, tall pots of all kinds and bring up the piece of food I want to take out without the broth or sauce. It is well made and nicely balanced. I will probably purchase the regular spoon to match. I wish I had bought this years ago.
