Summary: Unbelievable 2010-02-06
Comment: Before I bought these knives I never fully believed that a set of knives would make that much difference in the kitchen. A knife is a knife is a knife. WRONG! I LOVE THESE KNIVES! They were very much worth the money. It is amazing how smooth they cut through things and they feel so nice in the hand. The kitchen scissors are also far superior to the Farberware ones I had before. I don't regret spending the money on these wonderful knives at all. I am now saving to get the 4-star steak knives.

Summary: GREAT knives 2009-11-23
Comment: When we first got married we bought a cheaper set - Henckels eversharp set - they also did a pretty good job, they were ok. But I often thought "wish we would have spent a little more and got some REAL good knives". So now I did. Sold the eversharp and am really happy with my choice. superb quality. The knive is almost "falling" through the things you cut. I especially like the Santoku knife. No comparison to any knife I've had so far and the price is unbeatable. I am German and even in Germany (were the knives are produced) you will have to pay more.
