I always figured good kitchen knives would be a little better-maybe hold their edge slightly better, sharpen up a tad bit more, etc, but these things really surprised the heck out of me. Its like cutting everything with a razor blade and a huge improvement over generic knives. You will see the difference. I freak out now if someone else uses them, and heaven forbid they put one in the sink!!!!

What can I say? It's a Wusthof...it lived up to expectations. Nice balance, solid construction. The pricing was good also. Definitely recommend.
