Literally you will never need another knife. We use them on fishing boats in alaska but I brought one home after the salmon season and have NEVER bought another knife. About once a year I replace it with a new sharper one.
These are truely the best little knife for EVERYTHING!!! And cheap at twice the price!

I've owned one of these Victorinox paring knives for several years and it is an incredible bargain. I've owned many Victorinox (and Wenger, too) Swiss Army Knives and they all share one common feature: very poor quality stainless steel blades that can't hold an edge. This knife is a Victorinox, it has a stainless steel blade but unlike the Swiss Army Knives, its blade can be sharpened to a very fine edge. It is very lightweight, but very comfortable to hold. I highly recommend this knife - I've got some expensive larger knives but unless you're planning on getting a ceramic paring knife (which will be sharper than any steel-bladed knife) there's no point in spending more than one of these cost for a paring knife.
