Summary: Best knives ever 2010-07-22
Comment: The Victorinox Fibrox knives are the best knives I have ever used. I love to cook and have spent a lot of money on 'good' knives before that just didn't measure up to the hype. I read all the reviews on these knives and didn't find any negatives. I thought I would give them a try. I am glad I did. These knives cut easily through foods. I would highly recommend them.

Comment: We love these knives. We have used Victorinox before and are constantly impressed by the sharpness, the effectiveness and the effortlessness of this knife, even a novice like me can use it well. We have used them with fruits, vegetables, hard shelled fruits like pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon and alway, no problem, and wonderful results. Thank you for making high quality products!!

Comment: I read the great reviews and said what the heck - for $60 - I'll give them a try. I thought I would need to to get a bread knife and chief knife. These 3 knives will cut ANYTHING. Actually, you need to handle them very carefully, unless you don't mind a trip to the ER. I have done that once already, so I am very carefull. Great value for the money.

Comment: I got these as a gift from my wish list. I chose them based on price and reviews I found here and elsewhere on the net. I've used them just about every day for a few months and I don't know how I lived without them! They slice through everything easily. Definitely worth it.

Comment: I have always used cheapie knives so thought it was time to move up. [..] recommended these knives as a best value and the Amazon reviews also had a positive response. Most high end knives are forged, and more bucks, but these stamped metal knives were rated almost as high. They are lighter than the forged knives. I am pleased with the quality and they work great. So I do recommend them.
