Instead of the family pack they sent only the single pack and when I called to complain, which took several attempts and no return calls, they said that Amazon had it wrong on their website. They did immediately send a shipping label so that I returned the product, but I have not seen whether or not my credit card has been credited yet.

This place shipped me the wrong item and the shipping took forever!! I called to see if I could pay extra to speed up my order and the guy that helped me on the phone sounded as if he had just woke and didn't care. I would have given this company no stars if I could!!
