Bearing slim, elongated, Napoleonic-era "pistol-grip" handles, the six 4-inch knives in this set cut steaks, chops, and roasts into bite-size pieces. The handle and blade of each knife is stamped from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel and polished to a mirror finish. The result is a medium-weight, serrated, nicely balanced knife that feels like a fine surgical tool in the hand.
