I love a good paring knife. A good paring knife is worth it's weight in gold to me. I have one that I always turn to when I want to do the job well, but I yearned for another sharper one. Well, this Christmas, I got my wish in the form of this set of Rada knives from my SIL. They are sharp and cut through potatoes with great ease.
I have only used them one time so far, but I am impressed. I washed both of them by hand, and hand dried them, putting them back in the original box. I'm not a fan of the handles, because I'm sure they won't stay as pretty as they are right now, but I'm hopeful that the blades will retain their original sharpness by keeping them in the box, and never putting them in the dishwasher.
I have bought countless paring knives over the years, and this one is the best I have ever used.
