They are so sharp and cut so smooth. They will eventually need to be sharpened, but wait as long as possible, because they won't be as sharp as they were from the factory. But they are still great knives. They will last longer if they are HAND WASHED and stored in a sleeve or a box where they won't come in contact with anything. I do actually have these pieces and would recommend them. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Rada Cutlery Paring Knives Galore 3 Piece Boxed Gift Set, Made in USA, Aluminum Handles (S01) These knives were exactly what I needed and they are VERY sharp. My mom has been using them for years and her set is still in good shape after 20 years or so. |
