The set contains an 8-inch chef's knife designed to rock on a cutting board for a variety of cutting and chopping tasks; a 6-inch utility knife for cutting sandwiches, meats, cheeses, fruits, and veggies; and a 4-inch paring knife for peeling and cutting fruits and vegetables. The set is made in Germany of a high-carbon stainless steel that combines chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium for tensile strength, hardness, and resistance to corrosion.
