These are substantial knives: the wave cut blade is made of forged high-strength stainless steel and honed by hand at the factory in Vermont. Each knife is sharp and strong and attached to the resin-infused wood handle with three nickel silver rivets. (The black dot on the middle rivet is the LamsonSharp mark of distinction.
