I purchased a set of these at regular retail (not through this supplier). I find them excellent; they are heavy, sturdy, and all around i'm very satisfied. Tempted to get more at this price.

decided to replace my cheap steak knives with some nice steakhouse style knives. was impressed when they arrived. nice size and weight, cooked my first steak tonight , and I was very disappointed . they tore the meat , I had to saw thru it. got my cheap knife out and finished my dinner. they cut much , much better, dont buy these
