They are super sharp, I would keep them in the block they came in so you won't get cut trying to grab them from a draw. We have noticed a couple of spots on one of them that look like rust. It won't wash off or wipe off. It doesn't affect the utility of the knife...more cosmetic. We will be watching as time goes on to see if other spots appear or these get worse. Thus our "they're OK" rating for the time being. |
