First of all, you can't rate them compared to Cutco or other brands where one knife costs more than this entire set. That being said, these knives are unbelievable for the price and for that matter forget the price. They have great blades that are strong, rigid (not flimsy blades that could break) and incredibly sharp.
I have been using these knives daily for 4 months now. Used and washed the main chopping knife daily, yes daily. The blade is as sharp now as it was when I bought it. Some things to note, and again, for the price these do not warrant a bad star rating but if you are looking for perfection, you will want to know this (and probably shouldn't be buying a $30 set of knives). A previous review stated these knives fade. That the black fades. Yes, they do, but after the usage I have put them through the fading happens after the first couple washes and then stops.
