Very sharp, non-serated knives. Comfortable grip with a nice weight to the knife (not too heavy and not too light). Easy to wash - no grooves or crevices for stuff to get caught in.

I always hand wash and hand dry, because I read that is what you should do. I like them better than my Racheal Ray's (don't tell her).

These knives hold a sharp edge and are good looking. They are well balanced and comfortable to use. One of the best knife deals I have ever made. I bought two sets and am completely pleased.
