These Ginsu knives are a tremendous value. I recently was given a similar performing single knife with a better handle, but it costs $50! Here are two great knives for $20.00. They are extremely sharp, and the hollowed blade design reduces the tendency for cut items to stick on the blade. The set of smaller and larger versions is all you need to do most cutting jobs in the kitchen.

Love love love these. I bought them based on the reviews and they have so far exceeded my expectations. This is a great veggie knife set. For the first time in my life I now have a knife that can cut a raw potato.. no more mushing my onions into a pulp either!
Appearance: sleek and stylish.. great eye appeal. Nice heavy handle makes knife feel substantial.

These knives were sharp right from the package. Very sturdy blade. The large knife is perfect for cutting all your meats even through thick pork skin. The little knife is perfect for smaller jobs like your vegtables. I'm finally getting my own place and wanted only the essentials. These knives are all I need. The price is great. My mom wants her own set too after seeing it.
