The smallest knife got chipped at the tip even tho I only used it for cutting soft fruits like peaches/ bananas etc. The chef knife became very dull after 2 weeks and I don't even use it often. I had a very tough time trying to cut through pork skin. Almost impossible to cut through lemongrass. I have to sharpen it every time before cutting anything. The steak knives are ok I guess but I don't use them often enough to tell. The biggest disappointment was the chef knife. My fault I guess. I shoulda spent that money getting only the knives I need with better quality instead of a whole set, half of which I never touch

I love this block knife set. It has a carousel to easily find what you need. Everything fits properly in the slots. The set looks sleek sitting on the counter. I needed a starter set for my apartment and this knife set has gotten the job done.
