I recently picked a set of these blades after the "Iron Chef" ones i had fell apart. These are quality and are absolutely razor sharp. They allow me to prep and get things done in seconds and my cuts are exact and I can keep my work proportional. I would strongly recommend these to anyone who is an avid cook. They make prep a snap and really shine through the process.
