This set of knives are GREAT. You can tell the quality from the moment you put one in your hands. It fits very well with precision balance. The blade caught me off gaurd. It is not like the fancy knives you grind a sharo edge on everytime you use them. This will be sent out for prof. sharpening. The metal is awesome since it is forged. This is my first set of REAL knives and am so hppy my wife loved me enough at x-mas to get me this set. One more thing, just remember if you buy these DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER! Precision knives like these need carefull hand washing.
